There was a problem with the booking online, although I stated Sunday 3rd September on checking my booking it stated Friday 1st September! When contacting your customer services they advised unfortunately it was out of their hands and couldn't amend

Absolutely as described to me, we had a brilliant holiday. Little disappointed with our allocated room, it was an attic room which meant that in the bedroom area, the ceiling sloped down causing us having to stoop when walking around the bottom of the bed, otherwise great family hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Good family entertainment throughout the day, clean and well maintained hotel.

There were no spaces in the car park when w arrived! We end up parking on the grass and we have got a fine for £100. We think the car park was overbooked and the management is very cheeky fining is for not being able to park in a car park space.

Took a few minutes to find a spot. But plenty of spaces once you drove in further. Easy to get in with registration recognition and easy to drive out using the ticket given upon entering. Would definitely use again, as so convenient.

Superb only when leaving the car park it asked for £70 we informed the guard who then open the barrier and off we went..hassle free no problem

Directions and accessibility was brilliant, however we struggled to find a space. So parked where we could (which wasn't a designated bay) and ended up with a parking ticket after paying £58 to park in there in the first place for only 3 nights!

There was a bit of a hiccup on our return as the barrier wouldn't go up and was saying we had to pay £100. We pressed the button for help and eventually it was sorted, this was a bit worrying for a while as we had pre booked our long stay. Apart from that the car was fine and we felt it was in a safe place.

My flight was cancelled so I have to leave the car park and return the following day and they also put an extra day on my holiday as I lost a day through the cancellation. When I called to amend I got a brick wall and was told I could only cancel it! Very stressful given all the changes I was trying to make through the flight cancellation. Fortunately the car park were of better help. I won't be booking parking through you again.

Although we had Pre booked parking, finding a space to park on arrival was very difficult, with some cars parked on pedestrian walkway and incurring a fine, once we had found a space, it was only a 5 min walk to the terminals.

When we arrived back at the airport the gate wouldn't open. And they wanted £75 to let us out of the airport. We pressed the buzzer and were eventually let out

The car park postcode took us to the 'special' rather than 'normal' car park. The attendant who answered the console call button was not particularly helpful in explaining this nor in re-directing us. Otherwise satisfied with facility and price.

No spaces areas coned off. I had to park up on a kerb along with approx other vehicles. On my return I had a £60 parking ticket as did everyone else. If you've paid for a space there should be one ! I spoke to the attendant via the intercom at the barrier and he was rude and when I told him I wasn't happy he told me to park somewhere else next time! And claimed there space in other areas. Obviously there was an issue as why would people bang there cars up high kerbs to park ! Poor signage and why we're the cones there ?

There were no parking spaces left and many cars were parked in areas that were not allocated spaces because of this. I had to do the same and was then issued with a PCN.

We had to park in a section of the car park that said 'closed' because the advertised parking was full ..... cars had parked where they could & received fines ? Did not make a fair / good impression !
