Didn't see any staff just a matter of driving up to the barriers and trying to find a parking space that was the only problem took about 15 mins to find a space apart from that it was handy.

Car Park was easy to find and not too far from the Airport Terminal. We found a space easily enough and had no issues entering or exiting the car park.

At Liverpool there is automatic number plate recognition, then the barrier goes up but there is not enough notice that a ticket will be issued. I didn’t see a ticket and drove in. On return I needed a ticket to exit and had a long conversation explaining why I didn’t have the ticket

on arrival at car park, there were no spaces availabe.,having driven around several times, it was obvious that the park was full!! I eventually left the car on a lined area, but in a way that was safe and caused no obstruction, I would add that there were many cars parked in non marked bays. On our return to the carI found a parking ticket, I can accept that I got a ticket, but dont sell me a space if you cant provide one!!!

No. Barrier did not go up when got to car park. Had to press intercom and she told me to take ticket and just quote booking ref when leaving. I did that and even though I got out the man who I spoke to had an unhelpful tone. I buzzed once he took ref then I thought he said barrier will go up but it didn't so I buzzed again and he told me to press button snd take ticket. It was his manner it wasn't friendly customer service and that was defo not what he previously told me to do.

Finding a space took forever and travelling on my own with 2 x children, it added unnecessary stress to the journey. It was very concerning to see that those who hadn't been able to find a space, but had parked with care, not obstructing any access for pedestrians or cars, albeit in a non designated space had been given a parking ticket - many were a long way from the airport, so clearly not just out of convenience. Given the availability of spaces I thought that this action was disgusting and a pure money earner off the unfortunate. This would put me off using the service and possibly the airport. You do not get these issues at Manchester which is a similar distance for me to travel.

Everything was fine and went smoothly. Only concern was I had to drive around a couple of times to find a parking space. It was very full. Had to wait until someone left and then go straight into their space.

When I booked through yourselves I did not check the registration from a previous booking. I was using my daughters car and remembered just as I was near the airport. I just had to use the intercom when I was leaving the car park and they took my reg as it was asking me to pay.

Our Taxi to the airport didn't turn up as booked at 2.45am. So mad dash in the car to Liverpool airport , booked parking on the way, fantastic service from you , & only £44 absolute bargain considering the Taxi was charging us £200, in future i will drive & use you for parking. Thank you x
