No I was not happy when I returned from my holiday as the barrier would not go up. I buzzed for assistance and when I didn't get a response I backed up and looked for an alternative exit. As I couldn't find one I returned to the exit and found an assistant helping another driver who couldn't get through a different barrier. The assistant couldn't get my ticket to work and had to call through to get them to open the barrier. It is not a thing I was to be dealing with when you are tired and want to get home. You need to get these problems sorted!

Basically no it didnt go smoothly when i put my ticket in to leave the car park it says that i owed £95 even though i payed in advance. I had to use the telephone and ring to find out what was going on. Might i add i was not the only one doing this there was 2 other people.

No parking spaces got a parking ticket:: we arrived at Liverpool John Lennon at the correct time, there was not a single parking space over ended up with £100 ticket thanks

Difficult to find a space in long stay had to drive to what I call overflow area F under tunnel however holiday extras process fine - recognised number plate and everything went smoothly.

Easy to follow directions plenty of free spaces and not too far to walk We were delayed 2 1/2 hours coming home but didn't incur extra charge

Always happy with service. Just on this occasion no ticket was dispersed so had to press button. It was foggy so maybe reg plate was hard to read. On return barrier would not lift said we owed £160 for parking. On pressing for help gave guy booking number and all was sorted.

We arrived at the parking 10 min early, no problem, system recognized our number plates, we got ticket, parked where we wanted and off we went! On our return, 7 days later, our plane was late over an hour, I was worried we will be charged extra, but again, no problem, we've put the ticket into the machine, gate opened and that's it! Easiest airport parking ever! Dead easy to find too! Just outside airport. Will defo use again!

I book the car park for 2 weeks? Paid £58, when i was trying to go out, the mashine was showing outstanding balance £160 God knows from where. I had to speak with the advisor. Now hoping not to get the fine for that

On arrival the camera at the car park entrance did not recognise my registration number. I had to speak to the attendant to sort the problem out. On departure, I again had to speak to the attendant to get out of the car park as he needed to verify my booking and ticket. So the system/arrangement basically didn't work as you said it would. Car park itself was fine.

When we got to the car park, there were no spaces available. Numerous others were already parked on curbs without tickets so we had no choice but to do the same. When we got back we found a parking ticket on the windscreen. Not happy as it was obviously overbooked.
