I did get a little confused as where to go to after I came down the ramp of car park but as I’ve used this airport before I was able to find my way. Perhaps more signs.

No staff available. Easy to find. Got ticket at entrance. Difficult to find car park space. When leaving £75 charge, anxious time. Waited a while for someone to respond, before giving reference number to release barrier.

My car wasn't immediately recognised at the barrier on entry, on my return the barrier didn't go up and there was a message on screen that I owed£120.00. I had to speak to the faceless voice on the intercom who needed to find my booking. It was a bit annoying after our flight but didn't mar our break or your efficiency when booking.

just a little hiccup with our parking at the end of holiday carpark said we still owed £15 but we had fully paid up but it was quickly sorted with the carpark attendant . transfers at the other side were brilliant the lady was very helpful

Had flight cancelled in palma. So got home 48hrs late.staff veryhelpful in sorting my ticket out to get out car park.and did not charge me anymore money for overstay.car safe will always use you again thanks

I always use Liverpool airport as check in staff security and baggage handlers are all friendly and efficient.we landed had luggage and drove away within 40mins excellent!so much more accommodating than Manchester airport.we if given choice would pick Liverpool every time I only wish it could do more destinations then everyone can sample your quality service many thanks.

Very easy to find and drive in and out of and I lost my parking barrier ticket on my flight home and was still able to exit the gate by quoting my reference number. Would definely use this car park again due to the above benefits and how close it is to the terminal entrance.
