I use the car park at Liverpool regular on the last 3 occasions I have had my spear wheel taken a cost of £800.00. Yesterday they stole me tow bar another cost off £350.00. Each time the culprits were seen on CCTV. I thought the car park was secure, obviously NOT Below the questionnaire asks would I use Holiday Extra I would say no if there was an alternative

Reasonably priced, no problems at the barriers when entering the car park,we where able to get a disabled parking space right at the front of the car park and we where straight out with no problems when we returned.

Good facilities , comfortable , friendly and attentive staff. Some breakfast items ( sausage and bacon)were slow to be replenished and a yoghurt with granola picked up by my wife was warm ands tasted sour . We wondered whether this had been actually made up by another party and left on the display. Despite this we enjoyed the airport lounge and would book again when using Liverpool airport.

The ticket issued to me on entering the car park didnt recognise my pre-booking as such when I tried to leave I was told there was £60 outstanding. There was only one lane of three open. When I pressed the button for assistance (several times) there was no response. There was no indication of where I could get assistance but luckily another user directed me to the car park office. When zi spoke to the staff membe and explained what had happened, there was no explanation or apology.

The car park at Liverpool long stay was a very smooth operation which was operated with a ticket back up. unfortunately, some clients forgot their tickets when going home at midnight, but the staff were very helpful and calm.

The whole complex was kept very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and approachable. Outdoor swimming pool - although not heated, was great for a good swim. Plenty of car parking available on the road. There was always a reasonable choice of food at meal times. Free wi-fi in areas close to reception -we paid for WiFi to ensure we received it in the apartment - good signal. Most TV channels had to be paid for -BBC World News was free. For all-inclusive guests, free bus to the main beach, otherwise 1 euro! We had researched thoroughly before booking and got what we expected. Our balcony was enclosed which was fine for us. Balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors were open - it did rain whilst we were there. No lift access to these floors so if you have mobility needs, ask for ground floor

No problems, car reg was recognised at the barrier, took a ticket and found a space. I was able to choose where to park and kept my keys. If you drive to the overflow you can actually park closer to the terminal building. There are dedicated pedestrian paths and it took us just a couple of minutes to walk through to departures, although those with mobility issues might find the distance too much. Ticket worked fine on exiting. Would definitely continue to use this car park.
