I pre booked and paid for car parking atJohn Lennon airport. Onmy return,I submitted the ticket to exit and was asked to pay £80. This was sorted when I spoke to the attendant but stressful nonetheless.

We don’t usually have a problem but this time at the exit barrier my ticket wasn’t recognised as prepaid and were told we needed to pay £75. It took a while for someone to answer the help button. Eventually it was sorted

Car Registration wasn't recognised by system at car park barrier had to take a ticket and thentry to communicate with the poor intercom system. On return had to go to the main ticket office and show proof of purchase to have my ticket validated so I could leave the car park.

Book airport parking at Liverpool airport, everything went smoothly and no hassle, the only thing to remember at Liverpool is it us vehicle recognition to enter the car park but you get a ticket which you have to use to leave and we forgot and it took us a while to realise why we couldn't get out. No fault of anyone's but worth remembering ...if you can..lol
