I didnt put my Reg into booking therefore was a problem, the reason i didnt is because i used my previouse account so i was sure my car will be recognize, but it wasnt. Few phoncalls on the parking and i was out , however it was bit messy

Everything went smooth and we didn't need to contact staff. I had to change my car reg no just few hours before arrival and it was accepted. The only thing which make me a bit stressed was that someone parked behind us on yellow lines and it was really difficult to reverse and drive away. I'm wonder what solutions have you got in situations when car us blocked?

For a simple easy car park system..great. Not too easy finding a vacant spot. Got out easily,glad I had ice spray in my old car when I returned.

Price and convenience of the car park good. Unfortunately the ticket machine at the exit said we had to pay £95 pounds! We pressed the intercom, and the staff could find no record of our booking. We had to wait until a staff member could come down to check our booking documents. They said "oh, it's holiday extras- they are useless" My daughter is autistic and found this very stressful

Only problem was poor signing to exits. We picked up the car late at night after quite a long flight and it proved quite difficult locating exits. Signing could be larger to be more helpful.

We booked airport car parking at Liverpool airport but the barrier at the airport would not go up for us on entry or on exit and the airport staff had no reservation booking in our name or reference number but we're kind enough to let us exit without paying again

The barriers did not recognise my car number plate and I was delayed having to explain. My flight was delayed 2 hrs and then I was anxious if I was going to be charged extra

You could advise people that there is a parking office where help can be had. In the v early morning , no one about, am I in the right car park etc. All in all it is an excellently convenient service

I always use holiday extras . Everything is always spot on the staff are really helpful . I've even had on line chats everything is very good service . I've used them 4 times this year . No problems what so ever 10 out of 10 every time .

No issues. Got to barrier - immediate number recognition. Plenty of spaces just a couple of minuteswalk to terminal. Same easy exit with card. Perfect

No staff seen. All automated. Would have liked a map of the long stay car park as we arrived and ended up parking the furthest away from the terminal as we could. Pulling golf bags and hand luggage was not ideal.
