A very easy option at Liverpool airport, the Long Stay is minutes walk from the terminal and has an extremely straightforward parking process. Recommended.

My registration wasn't recognised on exit and caused delay.. they only had me down for the previous stay the previous month..eventually it was sorted, but it was frustrating to have this delay at 2 am, when I've used this service on numerous occasions, without a hitch.

Park was close to airport but I did struggle to find a space as I had not been before and signage was a bit poor. Exiting afterwards was more straightforward.

No my car was not recognise on entering so when leaving the car park price came up for £130 I was so glad I brought a copy of the payment with me so I can prove I Had paided. last time I came I did not have this copy I had to pay and claim the money back not happy

When we came to exit the airport the airport staff did not recognise your Ref.number and we were told this is a regular occurrence, fortunately they did recognise our cars registration and permitted us to leave the car park

It was difficult to find a parking space, but other than that it was fine. Also difficult when you have car seats and young children and small car parking spaces. It might be an idea to have allocated parent and child space, people would be happy to pay s but extra I think too

The number plate recognition did not work, this created delay on entry and exit as it was unexpectedly necessary to call for assistance, provide the booking reference number and care registration and wait for it to be manually checked.

On our arrival back I put my card into machine and it said I owed £70.00 as did my daughters that I had booked too. The lady at our machine asked for reg no, and then lifted the barrier. The man that spoke to my daughter was very rude and off hand. I had to find the documents and run to her with them as unlike the lady at my machine just needing the car reg no, he insisted on having the booking ref. He's tone of voice was not at all what you would expect from someone who works in customer services.

There was no indication as to the location of available parking bays. I had to drive round for at least 10 minutes to find an empty bay. This was at the furthest reaches of the car park which meant a good 10 minutes walk to the terminal. There are no covered walkways so you are at the mercy of the elements.

I received a Parking ticket attached to the windscreen on my return from holiday, due to parking in a prohibited/restricted area. Their was no where to park upon our arrival. The Car park was full upon our arrival. Other cars adjacent also received parking tickets (same problem). Not sure Liverpool airport should be taking bookings and money if no available parking bays.

When we arrived at airport no welcome sign came up on pay machine so we pressed intercom and got no response. We got a ticket and went through as we wanted to go to check in. On our return the cost came up as £98 so again we pressed intercom and waited for a response which caused a queue of traffic behind us. Eventually we were able to give our booking reference and were allowed through. Not the best way to end a holiday .

Because the car park was very full it took along time to find a space. It might help if there was some way of knowing where the spaces are. Anyway, managed to park up eventually. Got to the security and found that Holiday extras had sold me a product that did not exist. There was no fasttrack labe through security. In fact it took longer goign to the fast track lane only to have to turn around and join the queue elsewhere when it became apparent the fast lane was not in operation. All in all very poor.

The car park was huge and FULL. There was no one pointing out where spaces were available. It took 20 mins to find one. No one available to ask for help. This caused unnecessary stress as we started to panic about time to get to the gate.

Wouldn't park there again as we got a parking ticket for£100 when we got back for parking in a restricted area in there opinion. There were no signs where we parked otherwise we wouldn't of parked there. They sent us photograph of a sign what looks tiny and on what looks like a boundary fence, no where near wheee we parked.
