Ideal parking facility at Liverpool John Lennon airport, would have been a 10 only 1 minor hiccup when departing, the barrier asked for payment and i had to contact the helpline number to quote the reference.

Booked for Liverpool long stay. All smooth except we were unsure about was that we were issued a ticket on entry. But all good on exit as it was number plate recognition and barrier went up straightaway. Great car park to use.

I pressed incorrectly for a ticket as the barrier did not seem to be lifting. The staff sorted me out quickly to enter and also on exit.

Finally the parking was good, however I would like to raise an issue experienced prior to parking. I had to contact Holiday Extras via the online chat, trying to establish if I could amend the exit time upon my return as the app would not allow this. I was advised as it was a third party I needed to contact Liverpool Long Stay parking to ask the question. I used the number given by Holiday Extras and after various minutes ringing and no answer, fortunately my mobile spend limit kicked in and stopped the call. I had been given without any notice a number costing 66p per minute !!!! Not only did I not get an answer still to my question, I am being charged £5 for the non answered call and this in addition to the Holiday Extras app starting I could change my query via the app, this was also not allowed. Subsequently out of pocket and query unresolved.

our flight was altered and despite several calls we were unable to change without cancelling and rebooking from scratch so we left it as it was and the staff at Liverpool were fine but the call centre were not

Charged me twice for the same booking, I cancelled order and then had to rebook as card saved needed updating. Not good enough, after a week no refund, so emailed complaint and response may take upto another week to look at.

All was good, only slight hick-up was on arrival I wasn't entirely sure I was at the right place/ barrier and if I'd known a card would be automatically issued for us I would have waited for it rather than starting to back-up from the barrier.

The only problem was when we got back from our holiday and tried to exit the car park it wanted me to pay £100 at the exit gate even though I had already prepaid for the parking upfront. Fortunately we followed the instruction's on my conformation email and pressed the intercom button and the assistant on the end of the intercom just asked me for my Reference number to find my booking and let us exit the gate.
