Another fuss free car park booking. The long stay at Liverpool airport is opposite the terminal and usually you can find a space close by. At busy times you may end up with a ten minute walk because the car park does go on and on!

Absolutely brilliant flight home delayed was 33 minutes later leaving car park than booked when ticket inserted into machine said I owed £120 pressed help button spook to attendent who took name and reg and then let me out could not ask for any better thank you holiday extras would recommend you to anybody and will be using you again soon myself thanks again m.p.scragg

Inadequate and unclear signposting for the exit. We had to drive round for a couple of minutes. Car park seemed secure and a smooth ground surface for wheeled cases unlike many other airport car parks

Access to and from the car park went smoothly and without any problems. Details recognised and ticket issued as directed. Very happy with the price which was very competitive. Will use again :)

Was fine for me however my sister who also booked via me was stopped at the barrier at 2am which was awful for her as she is deaf. She was told she owed £75 for an overstay which was not correct . She paid the same as me This left her in an awful panic

We booked long stay at Liverpool Airport. The booking was quick and easy. The car park was pretty full when we arrived but found space ok. Everything went smoothly arrived barrier recognised number plate and gave ticket. Also on return no problem at all. Will definitely book again

Car park very busy but we have a disabled badge so it makes a big difference. Would like be given the option of choosing a disabled space to guarantee one as would really struggle if none available.

Entering the car park at Liverpool airport was smooth as can be, However, trying to get out was a different story. I put my ticket in the machine and was a charge of £160 popped up. Pressed the phone button and the gentleman on the other end, after giving him my booking reference said that it was not on the system. After a few minutes and with the traffic building-up behind me he opened the barrier If it was not on the system how was I able to enter the Carpark in the 1st place ????

Used this service twice now and both times have not been able to exit car park without contacting staff. when it is raining talking with window down for length of time is not pleasant. Seems to be problem of booking not being recognised glad i printed off details as otherwise charge was expected (not happy)
