On exiting the car park the barrier did not lift and asked for £75 payment we called the attendendant on the intercom who asked for car reg and surname and the barrier was opened immediately . I’m not sure what the issue was but it was resolved swiftly .

Very good facilities excellent staff only problem is for some un known reason the number plate reconision reads the numhernplate wrong and prints tbewrong number on the ticket causing a. The barrier not to rise and pribting a 90 pounds plus amount due however helpfull staff sorted out in minutes Very good location for disabled persons short walk to terminal

The exit gate did not open when we put our ticket in but informed us we had £70+ to pay. We used the microphone to talk to someone who asked our registration number. Shortly thereafter the gate opened.

As usual we were very happy with the parking arrangements booked through Holiday Extras. However, the car park itself was difficult to negotiate in terms of finding the way in (to areas where we could see spaces) and also the way out (without driving into dead ends and having to turn around)
