Everything as described. Barriers recognised car reg as we arrived took ticket and found parking space. 5 mins walk to departures. No stress. Same on return. Would use again.

The car park at Liverpool are well used so don't expect to find a parking spot close to the terminal. Uslayy a 5 to 10 minute walk

Unfortunately I entered Liverpool instead of Manchester for parking and did not realise this until last minute. I thought I'd put into the original booking our flight number which should have flagged up the wrong airport.

Did not actually have to deal with any staff directly as i booked on line, no problems at all ,but I was glad i took out the delayed flight cover as we were 2 1/2 hrs delayed and at 2.00am after a long flight home i would not of been happy if on exit, the barrier hadn't gone up.

We pulled a ticket when we arrived at car park the machine didn't read the registration right leaving the car park the barrier wouldn't lift as we expected had to call for help not a good experience I'm afraid to say

Easy to find, bay spaces were adequate for my Toyota Auris, straight forward walk to the terminal. Was only £4 extra each for security fast track.

Easy to find. Car park quite full but found space. Machine asked us for £80 payment on leaving despite paying when booking made. Had to speak to staff but sorted fairly quickly.

Entry to car park was no problem. On trying to exit the machine would not accept my ticket. There were clearly problems with the exit barriers as 2 queues built up - in the heat! One machine had a bollard in front of it. An attendent struggled to cope and asked me for paperwork confirming my booking even though I had a ticket with all the information on. Another car blocked the exit as the driver searched in his case in his car boot for 'paperwork! We had a train to catch so time was important. We finally got out but no apology.

every thing was fine till return, put ticket in at barrier tells me i am £ in arrears not nice at would like to know why when it was still vallid how can this happen is there a fiddle in the company. staff i spoke to through intercom was helpful but no explanation
