Long Stay Car Park at Liverpool Airport was brilliant. Only a 5 minute walk to the terminal and plenty of cameras.

Can't fault the service. Drove up to the barrier John Lennon Airport It recognizes your car number and gives you your ticket to get out on your return. I lost my ticket on my holiday last year I rang holiday extras they were very helpful told me to go to the exit barrier press the button and tell the attendant you have lost your ticket and give him you're reference number. I did that and up went the barrier I went happily on my way.

Very confusing and unclear where to park. When I pressed the help button, I was told to find a space. However, having driven around, the car park looked full up so I went back to ask ask for further instructions. The guy was most unhelpful, rude and difficult to understand. I eventually realised he was sending me to a specific area of car park and when I said I couldn't see where it was, he cut me off. However, after some more negotiation of the car park, I finally found where to go. On my way home, my return flight with Flybe was cancelled so I was not able to fly until the following morning. I had to pay an additional £15.00 which I will be trying to claim from Flybe This time, whoever was on the help button was very helpful and so was the man at the Multi Story Car park where I had to pay the additional fee.

We've used the long stay car park at Liverpool many times, it's clearly marked and it recognised my reg straight away and issued ticket, areas are well labelled and you can easily see which areas are full and therefore to avoid, no time wasting!

Facilities exactly as described. Parking was easy. Bought "Fast-Track" after having issues at Manchester Airport the previous week but Fast-Track wasn't really required at Liverpool as there was no queues.

Couldn't have been any easier just drove up to the barrier took a ticket, parked the car for 10 days, no problems getting out off car park on return. Only thing which was minor I didn't like was after I booked the car in I kept getting emails about booking the car parking which I had already done,got annoying after a while

Car park is only a few minutes walk from the terminal building and is bitmac surfaced and lined out. Barriers worked well making entry and exit very easy. The parking bays are on the narrow side but overall a good parking experience.

I have used Holiday Ectras to book several thing, firstly a hotel with secure car parking at Manchester Airport (Clayton’s Hotel) absolutely fantastic and very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. The car park is very secure and no worries about leaving my car parked at the hotel. Secondly booking Liverpool airport car parking was reasonably priced and very sucure.
