Car park ok, except when I got back I found someone had 'keyed' the nearside rear door. Also, nicked my nice metal valve caps. Also, when I went to leave the car park and put in my ticket it didn't recognise it. After contacting the staff they let me out. Overall, not a brilliant experience.

First time Flying from Liverpool Airport, and chose to Park in the Long Stay car park. Very easy entry/ exit, and quite literally a five minute walk to the terminal. Will definitely be using again!

Everything fine,only downside was that the walk from long term parking was much further than led to believe it would be and because my wife needs wheelchair assistance it turned out difficult than it should have.

Fantastic car park facilities at Liverpool John Lennon. If any improvements could be made I would recommend a walking shelter to prevent passengers getting wet in adverse conditions.

Booked long stay car park online. Drove up to barrier, ticket issued and barrier opened straight away. Found a parking space fairly quickly and walked to terminal. On return, simply drove to barrier, inserted ticket and off we went!
