Easy access to car park Aftet parking car it was just a short walking distance to airport entrance. On return from holiday it was a simple exercise to exit car park

Very simple & straightforward. Pulled up at the ticket machine, got the ticket, parked up & walked to the terminal for the holiday. Arrive back, collected car & drove to ticket machine, inserted ticket and away we went. Simple & quick & so handy with a short walk to & from terminal.

Checked in ok got tickets. Then coming out of car park put ticket in machine and it wanted £95 to let me out.had to go to desk and show them my email off you that I had payed.the guy on the desk wasn't helpful at all and very argument and didn't want to know but eventually let me out after saying oh you booked through holiday extras in sarcastic way.

Number plate recognition system worked well. Car park very full on arrival and some way of directing you to where there were spaces would be useful.

Great start- got to the car park no problem. Took ages to find a space ( having attendants would have been helpful!). Parked and got to the airport- enjoyed our holiday. Back to car park - was lead to believe that barrier would automatically recognise no plate- it doesnt!! Misplaced our ticket so called for assisstance- was told to leave the car and walk ( in freezing rain) to the car park office to get a replacement ticket( attendant had all my details). Got to the office to see about 6 people sitting about on their phone wearing waterproof hi-vis! Surely one if them could have come out to help me?? Or the man could have automatically raised the barrier!!! Experience was spoilt due to unhelpful staff.

Liverpool Aiport parking is a breeze and easy to use. Drive up to the barrier ticket is dispensed and then you choose where to park. Keep your ticket safe for your return pop it in the exit machine and off you go

This is the 2nd time this year I've used the long stay parking at Liverpool airport, and both times the number plate recognition didn't work. The call button to an operator however was efficient and I didn't experience any other problem.

The overhead signs said A&B were full and to go to K. We couldn’t find a space so we asked an attendant where we should try. He suggested A&B. We took his advice and there were numerous empty spaces. On our return the same message was being displayed and once again A&B had many spaces available but cars were still searching for spaces near the exit. Better quality information is required.

Will definitely book again , short walk to terminal, pared the car easily. On returning I realised I had left my car park ticket behind, the man in the ticket booth was very helpful and re issued a new ticket for me

Long stay car park is very convenient for the airport and the vehicle registration recognition makes access simple - no codes required. The car park is always very busy though and we usually have to go to areas J and K to find spaces.

Only issue we had was when we departed the car park putting in our ticket that was given on entry, the machine stated an outstanding balance of £95. After contacting the operator and giving the booking confirmation code he let us out of the car park.

Everything was great on our arrival, but the machine tried to charge us £75. to lift the barrier on our departure from the car park. Had to press the help and produce our booking reference to lift the barrier.
