Easy to find the car park. Parking was quite straightforward in the car park. We took a photograph of the zone sign and row sign to help find on our return. We returned late at night and had difficultly finding the car. It be useful if there was a map showing the layout of the car par and the zones, especially when returning in the dark since everything looks different.

First time using Liverpool airport and this long term parking. Despite our unfamiliarity, it was easy to find, close to the terminal and everything worked as planned. Price was reasonable with no surprise costs. Prepaying online seemed to be considerably cheaper than paying there.

On arrival we had to park on the far side of the car park and walk in the wind and rain. On our return my number plate was not recognised by the toll gate. After inserting the ticket, I was told I owe £72. After pressing the button, we could not hear each other due to the gale force wind. Eventually sorted and we escaped.

On arrival and departure I had problems, but the helpful friendly staff assisted me to gain entry and exit. Will definitely keep on using and would recommend to everyone.

Car park had no record of our booking on arrival which meant we had to take a ticket and go to the ticket office when we landed at stupid o clock...not ideal!

Second time using this car park and both times the machine said i owe money once the ticket was put in. Each time i have had to get in touch with someone to say i had pre booked and pre paid before they lifted the barrier. Last thing you need after a long day.

Yes car park was easy to find however it wasn't as easy to leave. There wasn't clear Exit signs & what there was (on the ground) were faded & patchy making it difficult to see at night.

On arrival camera would not recognize square front number plate. Tried to explain to staff over intercom was told to just take ticket and would not listen and cut me off very rood. On arrival back put ticket in machine and the machine told me i would have to pay £75. Rang on intercom again to explain. It was answered by another very rood and arrogant member of staff who clearly hates his job employed to offer assistance. All this could of been avoided if the person i original spoke to had bothered to listen. The staff on the intercom really need to change there abrupt aggressive attitude to customers requiring help due to no fault of there own as the car park does not have a facility to read square number plates.
