Decided to use holiday extras for parking at Liverpool Airport, we had the option of using the cheaper parking but weren’t comfortable leaving our car keys with total strangers and after a tiring flight having to wait to be collected by mini bus to the parking areas away from the airport. Trust me it’s worth paying the extra so you can walk to the airport terminal yourself which was a 4 minute walk highly recommend holiday extras for long stay parking Mr Millls - Oldham

We had no real trouble with our parking and simple walk to terminal building. However, the exit signage could have been more clear. At the end of the day it was easy parking and appeared to be very safe. Would use Liverpool JL airport again and Holiday Extras.

Straight forward and easy getting to car parking. On returning just went to exit and put ticket into machine, barrier went up and I left with no problems.

Your booking system was simple to use and worked very well. No problems with you at all. However when we got on the car park we were up and down rows of parking spaces looking for a vacant spot. In all it took nearly 30 minutes to find somewhere. We were so far away from the terminal it took about 10 mins to walk to departures. It would have been quicker and £ 20 cheaper to have parked off site and bussed over. In conclusion, yes I would certainly book with you again but not on the official site .

It was very easy to park. The only thing I would say is that the Liverpool long stay car park could do with becoming more like Manchester’s long stay car park whereby as you drive up to the barrier it scans your number plate and you therefore do not need a ticket if you have pre paid on line, because upon departure we had to buzz for assistance to let us out as we had already prepaid online but the ticket we received upon arrival said we had to pay £75,the people sorted it very promptly however it would have been easier if we never had to do that in the first place.

All ran smoothly but car park was very full. Perhaps it needs signs to direct people further in as some had resorted to parking on walkways and looked to have parking fines as souvenirs.

Very good till we got back home to find ticket on my windscreen with a £60 fine for not displaying my blue badge,in our rush to get booked in.the amount of times I park in the car park over the last 11years you would at least check records for me parking in disable spaces in the long stay car park witch I have to pay£ 10 m0re than the I park.we are traveling again on the 22oct .but it is cheaper to get a taxi.

We booked parking at Liverpool John Lennon airport for a week, very easy to find and plenty of spaces too. The car was in a secure place. Exactly as described. I would book again without hesitation.

No problems at all, we entered car park found disabled parking plenty of spaces and just a short walk to departure, had to get a disable badge from office so we could take ours with us, staff very helpful, everything went as smoothly as it could

Car park is very close to the terminal with plenty of parking spaces. Number plate recognition system makes entry and exit simple when pre booking .

Drove around for 30 minutes before I found a space and then had a 10 minute walk to the terminal? Security guard useless and told me to keep looking when I asked where I could find a space. Will not be using you again. Terrible service.
