I couldn’t have parked any closer unless I had a blue disabled badge. Short walk across that disabled parking area and into the terminal. Less than 3 mins. I turned up to the barrier and it recognised my numberplate and greeted me. It recognised me by using the issued ticket on exit. The only thing to improve would be utilising ticketless entry and exit using numberplate recognition. That said I will definitely use it again.

Great value for money, and very helpful staff. We were delayed and would mean my time would have expired. But a live chat with coral put me at ease, as i was worried we have a big bill to come home too. But we didnt. As was told u get a 4 hour grase. But may encure a charge after that.

Good value airport car parking within easy walking distance from terminal. Only thing to note is that trolley points could be more obviously indicated.

Only issue not really your problem but camera at car park misread number plate and tried to charge me £120. Pressed intercom and spoke to a guy to explain and he let us out. Did worry for a moment though.

Booking all fine and done on the net. Barrier did not lift at entrance and took ticket to enter. Barrier would not lift on exit, with ticket, and demanded £195. Eventually managed to exit after long discussion with barrier staff. Very fruustrating and annoying.

Yes as always excellent,, I arrived at 10 am parked long stay just behind covered car park and 2 minutes walk from terminal ,, I was through Passport control and baggage by 10, 20 am and sitting in departure lounge.., That to me is brilliant , Love Liverpool Airport and so proud of our friendly and helpful staff

Use your service on a regular basis always very satisfied. One small niggle is the exit barriers, on two occasions one or more were not working. Only a small inconvenience having to reverse the car, but if in a busy exit period it would have caused delay and frustration.

Parked properly between white lines. When i arrived there was parked posh audi q7...looked that he took he's luggage out from side door and scratches badly my back door. Not even left a apology letter or nothing. Nobed.

The ANPR camera at Liverpool airport did not recognise my number plate. I had to press for assistance for the ticket to be issued on arrival. This was done quickly and satisfactorily by the operator.

Good proximity to airport building, especially for long stay. Car park has cameras for automatic number plate recognition but still makes you take a ticket and re-insert at exit, which is irritating. Exit could be signed more clearly.

Liverpool airport car parking didn’t have a record of the booking so it delayed our exit having to prove at the exit barrier we had pre booked and didn’t owe them 75:00 for parking!
