Simple parking booking. No contact with staff. Where I was able to park was as described - 5min walk to the terminal. Obviously could be longer if places near the terminal are full. Decent rate.

Great service only problem is that once again the barrier didnt recognise my car and we had to get a ticket and explain to some ignoramous on our return that we had pre-paid. The ANPR side of offer could and should be approved.

Number plate recognition system needs refining. It completely misread my number plate which meant I had to take a ticket and then find the office to get it validated. Also, the procedure on how to use the fast track lane was not made clear on the confirmation e-mail I was sent which meant that I had to telephone your office for clarification. Other than that, all was fine.

No we had a major problem getting out of the car park which is not ideal at the end of a holiday.Hopefully you will have rectified this problem next time we travel as the same thing happened once before.

The car park we had booked into was full and we were redirected to a different one. When we left, the barrier would not take my ticket, and I had to reverse and go to another barrier.

ON RETURN AT APPROX 1.30AM WE COULD NOT EXIT THE CAR PARK THE MACHINE WAS ASKING FOR £130 DESPITE US HAVING PRE PAID, MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET OUT OF CAR AND LOOK FOR SECURITY. nOT GOOD AT THAT TIME IN THE MORNING WHEN ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS GET HOME AFTER A FLIGHT

we have used this facility twice now on both occassions we could not exit the car park without calling for help and giving our reference number to get the barrier raised.not too much of a problem but this seems to be ongoing
