couldn't leave car park as ticket tried to charge us. Pressed the help button and waited in car about 10 mins at barrier before someone answered. Otherwise location etc was good and good value for money

Number plate recog. wasn't working so had toqueue for 15 minutes while others had the same problem, then on return had to go to office to validate ticket.

Holiday Extras are not as bad as they make themselves out to be. I had booked a car park space when I checked my confirmation I had put the wrong date. I phoned up and even though the booking was no changes (cheaper) they changed my booking no hassle and very friendly and helpful. Well done

Everything was fine about the booking of car parking at Liverpool Airport, especially the extra discount from Holiday Extras. The only problem (which happens every time) is that the ANPR machine at the car park misreads our numberplate so I have to have our ticket validated at the kiosk in order to exit the car park, but that's not Holiday Extras' fault.

I was absolutely delighted with the price of my parking with you (£26) as it would have been £95 if I'd paid on arrival!!! The only difficulty we had was that the carpark we'd been booked into was closed, so we were redirected to another carpark, but it was also within walking distance so didn't cause any problems. I'll definitely use your website again, thanks.
