All was ok in the end at Liverpool JLA but this is now the second time I have not been let out of the car park with the display telling me I owe £40! Each time I have had to press the Buzzer and have been let out eventually but it is very upsetting mbelieving you have to find another £40 after you have already paid. The score would have been 10/10 but for that.

we WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND HAVE USED YOU BEFORE. IT IS A BIT WORRYING WHEN YOU GET TO THE GATE TO EXIT AND IT COMES UP WITH A FEE TO PAY BUT THIS WAS SOON SORTED.

Numberplate recognition did not work on arrival, but as per instructions, I took a ticket from the machine and on return, contacted member of staff with the intercoms on the gate, gave my ref number and the gate opened, hassle free service, and I will definitely use this car park again.
