NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND WE WERE 40 MINS LATE PICKING UP THE CAR. EVERYTHING FINE ,NO EXTRA CHARGE.USED THIS CAR PARK A FEW TIMES AND WOULD DO AGAIN.

It was a lot of hassle getting out of the car park. I walked from the car park to a multi story because the booking ref wasn't on my ticket (as per the printed instructions), eventually found a member of staff who then told me to go back to the car park and use the intercom!

bit of a glitch. on arrival, gate didnt open. rang for assistance and though advised 24hr cover, nearly 10mins before any response. leaving ok though.

Exit ticket did'nt work and demanded £68 payment when i had pre paid. Had to press help button for the on duty clerk to find my details and release the barrier.

Everything was perfect. Last time my ticket was not vaidated for exit but this time evrything went well. As last time I arrived 10mins before i had booked I think it helps to ensure you arrive & leave within the booked times> if this means adding an extra hour n each end, it may not necessarily cost more and may save inconvenience

Car registration system has failed to recognise my car on the last 3 occasions I've parked at Liverpool airport therefore having to waste time upon my return at the multi storey office obtaining an authorised car park release ticket.

Very good rates, efficient service but always have trouble when leaving with the machine telling me i owe the money and have to give my ref number over the intercom but it's always dealt with.

Thank you for the great parking - we will use again. This is the second time that when I place my ticket in the machine the barrier does not work - however a quick button push and a very helpfull attendant at the other end resolved the issue and we were on our way in seconds. Again many thanks - would have been a 10 otherwise

the airport car parking i purchased was competitive to others available. but having supplied my reg number it was not recognised and when trying to exit early morning when your tired and cant discover the correct paperwork with a que behind you it became a little bit stressful and annoying !!but i got out in the end !!thank goodness !!

Procedure worked well except that the ANPR system did not work at car park on arrival; however the intercom did work and I was allowed access immediately. The car park is a long, uncovered walk from the terminal at Liverpool; if the weather is bad you will arrive at your aircraft very wet!

Parking was straight forward and well sign posted. Lost my exit ticket after a long tiring flight but staff were great and very helpful. Only small issue was the distance from the car park to the terminal. Overall happy with price and service.
