Long walk to car then delay getting out of car park as only one gate working and about 50% of tickets (not mine) required a conversation with the voice bx before they worked the barrier

Didn't get chance to use Servisair Lounge as it was chaos at Liverpool at check-in and at security with people still trying to get through security 10 mins before the flight departure. Parking was a bit of a walk with three cases and would have appreciated a shuttle bus

We could not get through the barrier at first but a helpful person on the intercom just took our booking number and confirmed our number plate and then let us through. The car park was so close to the terminal at Liverpool and would definitely recommend this parking facility to anyone.

No real problems - the number plate recognition system at Liverpool Airport did not recognise my car registration at first - had to reverse and drive up again to get system to work - no problems leaving the car park -have used holiday extras about 6 times now without any problem or fuss - will use again
