Wrong information regarding transport It cost a lot of money not 10 euros as told. Would have been helpful if informed about service charge on boat not everybody reads small print other than that everything fine.

This carpark claims to have automatic numberplate recognition. However I have parked here 6 times in the last 6 months and have to buzz to be let out, sometimes delaying the drivers behind me.

I would have given a 10 but we had to wait at the airport for our pick-up to the resort for 1 and a half hours due to a breakdown in communication between the tour operator and the shuttle service they said they were not advised of the later departure from Liverpool airport and again on the return journey our flight was at 2.30pm and we were advised we would be picked up for the 15 min journey at 8am, we got a taxi back to the airport and if we had known we would also have got a taxi to our hotel, otherwise we had a vey enjoyable holiday, the hotel was excellant and ryanair were so efficient.
