your quote for carhire was 160euros when I collected it from the airport the price was 295euros due to hidden extra costs due to urgent family circumstances I had no option but to accept the increased cost of the car.

Your marker for the car park is incorrect.It is showing to be adjacent to the the DROP OFF ZONE although your directions about keeping right to car park two are correct.Caused a small problem on arrival,but soon realised the error.

The exit from the car park was a disgrace. The ticket machine indicated that I owed £63 when I had prepaid. The response before someone answered was far to long, there was no apology and customer service was zero. Also there was only was exit available which meant that other cars having to wait which caused frustration. I will seriously consider other options in future before using this service again.
