carparking we booked did not exsist on arrival at location, they then sent us to another location who didn't know about our booking, we then had to drive to the airport and park there, not very happy.

flight was delayed over 4 hours & also diverted to another airport so we eventually collected our car over 12 hours late.NO EXTRA CHARGE!

I was delayed by a day due to fog in Liverpool airport and the help was excellent, clear and didn't charge me extra for something that wasn't my fault, which after that sort of delay would have been very upsetting! Thank-you
