Ryan air cancelled my flight and you refused to refund. This is not good practice. It was an exceptional circumstance not of my doing and I should be refunded.

The flight out was excellent arriving over half an hour early. The accommodation was excellent having stayed there before I knew what to expect. Though it is basic it is kept extrememly clean. We only stayed 7 days and had maid service 3-4 times!!! The only disappointment was the flight home was a nightmare with the baggage allowance I had to squash my handbag into another bag.
