Same problem as last TWO previous visits: the long stay car park equipment failed to read my car number plate correctly, which meant a delay on my return as I had to first walk over to the kiosk & get the clerk to sort out the problem. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

The cameras did not recognise the vehicle/booking so we had to go to the ticket office after arriving back late at night - inconvenient when travelling with a small child!

My car registration number was not recognised as it should have done and delayed entry into the car park. They told me it was because it was not registered though they did have receipt of the booking. Not very good really

The best parking arrangements ever. I just had to take the ticket out at the barrier and it had my car's reg no on it. On my return I just had to put the ticket in the machine at the barrier and out we went. Simple! Wht can't others do the same?

At 4'o clock in the morning when we were tired all we needed was the barrier to the car park not to recognise my car number and it didn't.How frustrating it became to sort it out When I eventually located someone to help he was most helpful. Not his fault

We parked in pricebusters at Liverpool airport and it was the easiest parking we've ever done; number plate was read instantly and hassle free exit a week later. will be booking again the next holiday

I did NOT receive postal confirmation. On arrival the ANPR system did not work and after a delay whilst I asked for help I eventually obtained a ticket and entry to car park. On return the ticket would not work and I again had to ask for help to exit.
