I only added my car registration last minute and was told i may need to ask for assistance at the car park, but i didnt all was fine. my car came back in the same condition that it went in. I will definitely use this service again.

I did NOT receive postal confirmation. On arrival the ANPR system did not work and after a delay whilst I asked for help I eventually obtained a ticket and entry to car park. On return the ticket would not work and I again had to ask for help to exit.

Everything was fine until we left the car park to return home at which time we put in our ticket and the machine asked for a further ?78! We had already paid ?31 for the 5 nights we left the car. Luckily for us there was an attendant there who let us out
