We used the long term car park close to John Lenon Airport, Liverpool. The Internet information, booking arrangements, price and access at the car park were excellent. However, the physical layout of the parking area was confusing, there were too many blocked off routes and few location markers. Once we found a way to the exit, the process was excellent.

Superb, booked last minute, saved a fortune compared with arriving on spec, really convenient parking, great customer service experience on phone (I had to make an amendment) and didn't have to pay extra when flight was delayed. Would recommend 100% Great service!

No, Car park did not read my number plate. At arrival time again it showed mecharge for£40 to pay, and I eventually phoned and told them my booking reference to open the gate.

Everything as described,close to the airport and number plate recognition system worked well.Arrived back at our car at 12.30 am and was reassuring to see an attendant at the car park should he be needed.Would definately use again.

The parking was excellent value and super close to the airport, however it would have been easier if the car park was signposted into zones for ease of finding your vehicle on return.
