We booked parking at Liverpool airport, the only 'hitch' was that the ticket did not operate the exit barrier but giving the reference number over the intercom soon sorted that!

Didn't read the small print and did not know which car park to be in so we went to the Price Buster. Only when we got home did we realise we could have gone in Long stay 1 or 2. so read the small print!

We have used this car park before therefore knew exactly how far we would have to walk to the airport terminal. The car park was fairly full and we had to park right at the back, which is fine for those who are fully mobile though a bit of a struggle for those with mobility issues.

On return the valid parking ticket was not accepted immediately by machine. I had to press the 'help,' button and recite my reference number. Luckily I had it to hand. This was stressful as I had my four year old grandaughter with me.

Liverpool airport is badly run - the car park we expected to park in was not the one we ended up in - this isn't your fault - it is the airport authorities who in my opinion are shambolic!
