Excellent, we changed our car after booking parking, A quick phone call for advice and we were sorted. Just had to press the intercom at the barrier as we left the airport parking area, gave booking ref no. and we were on our way home :-)Thank you.

The car park ticket didn't work and it tried to charge £50 to exit. I had to reverse back into the car park to let others through until I could resolve it. Very stressful end to a good trip

I have used airport parking facilities in the past. I would never get a taxi or rely on someone else to transport me to an airport ever agan. The service was fantastic!!! plus we had peace of mind as the carparks are secure, and within 100yrds or so of the airport.

When I tried to leave the Liverpool car park it tried to charge me £130. After a few minutes of ringing for support at the barrier somebody answered and allowed me to exit

On return home the ticket was put into the machine and showed we had to pay over £80 in a parking fee. It took some time to sort out and I certainly felt embarrassed as others were waiting to use the barrier

When we got to the car park, the barrier did not recognise our number plate. So on return we had to go to the manned kiosk. He stated that holiday extras were not forwarding the infoto them and many cars were having problems. Carpark was 5 minutes walk as stated.

On exit was asked for £82 by the machine, was asked for ref number by intercom but I did not have it to hand, my fault, otherwise I would not have been delayed. Recommend you have your ref number handy when you exit the car park

What facilities were there to rate? A parking spot is a parking spot - though hard to find due to the countless cars! No staff help was necessary, unless I wanted to call a premium number should I have needed additional information! Overall, I got exactly what I paid for, albeit more expensively from the competition, but did get to park closer and didn't have to give my keys to anyone - which was a consideration.
