Hassle free, would advice others to off load luggage (if with another flying) at the airport then go onto the car park, saves you wheeling / carring luggage

as a single traveller arriving at midnight it was very reassuring to see a man working the barrier it made me feel at ease although the lights in the car park could be brighter as it doesnt light the whole strip up.

Directions to the parking area were excellent. The car park was very, very full but I eventually managed to find a spot, however I was quite anxious for a while that I may not have been able to and didn't know what my alternatives were.

Very good price for the car park. however booking was not recognised on ticket and machine tried to re-charge me. however assistance was provided via the intercom quickly and with no further problems, so overall a good service
