when we arrived at liverpool airport they had no record of our booking, but we spoke to the guy on the intercom who was very helpful. he recognised our booking reference and allowed us to park and exit after the holiday. very good service

I paid extra to stay in this car park as it was a 5min walk from the airport, after parking up, it was more of a 10-15mins walk as we had to park so far away & it was raining as well, so wasnt too impressed.

Number plate recongnition didn't work (this could have been because the number plate screw is in the middle of the 'D' & it was reading 'B')but swiftly sorted by staff by pressing the help button at the barrier & quoting booking ref.

Everything went smoothly.. No problems with the number plate recognition system at either the inward or outward barrier. Plenty spaces available, although we did have to use the overspill car park which was a further distance from the car park entrance. Obviously depends on whether you travel in peak season, but this did not affect our excellent rating.

only one small hitch, we were a little early arriving at the carpark and the machine would not issue a ticket, had to dig out the booking reference and use the intercom to get access, otherwise everything fine
