It was irritating to find cars parked on the zebra pedestrian walkway at Liverpool, and don't need to add extremely dangerous. Quite amazed considering there were more spaces at the back of the car park!! Apart from this great service.

This was an excellent service. The information given was very clear and having pre-booked for the car park, getting through using the automatic number plate recognition was a breeze. This really was a simple and easy start to our holiday.

The car park was extremly full,and it was not a short walk to the terminal by the time i found a spot. It took nearly 15mins to find a space!

Great! Just as described and although we were prepared for an issue at the barrier (as described in some of the feedback), we entered and exited without a problem. My criticism would be that the site is pretty massive & it could take some time to reach your car. In addition, unless you carefully calculate where you have parked (as we did), it could take you up to an hour to find your car since there are no signs, numbers or indicators to mark the many isles (& virtually no exit signs)! But, it did the job & we would recommend & return.

booked car into long stay at the airport, no spaces available though had to drive around for a while but eventually parked the car up and was much more convienient when we got back to the airport to just get straight into our own car and drive straight home.

arrived at the carpark within our allocated time just found it very difficult to find a parking space and when we did we had a VERY long WALK to the airport which is very tiring when you have got luggage to pull. They are our only complaints
