Had to take ticket on arrival and a little confusing although we had prepaid. Had to call office on return to open gate as ticket did not work.

Had a problem at the exit as the barrier wouldn't recognize my car's registration number, but a staff member promptly resolved my issue ands let me out as soon as I showed my confirmation papers.

We just used the parking, but unfortunately the vehicle registration did not recognise us. We did follow instructions and go to the booth on our return. The man was very helpful and it took only seconds, but it would have been good if the vehicle recognition would have worked to save the minor inconvenience.
