Everything worked as promised. the ticketing operated the barriers on entry and departure, and I did find a parking space although as it was a bank holiday, the car park was nearly full.

When I first booked the car park I forgot we were returning very late and would possibly go into the next day so had not accounted for this. However on telephoning one of your customer services assistants another day was added immediately, without any fuss. Thank you, would definitely recommend your services.

A little confusing when leaving, put in the card and it said to pay £117. Pressed button and the man asked for booking number. Had to go back to car and search for paper. When I gave the booking number it was accepted but still confusing.

Everything ok but it took a while to find our way out of the pricebuster carpark at Liverpool Airport. There should be more exit signs to lead you to the way out as this took up some time on our return.
