Barrier did not lift as number plate recognition did not work though we had pre-booked. On exiting, the barrier would not rise when we put the ticket in. Also somebody had hit our car damaging the rear bumper on the driver's side.

Went very smoothly, could not have been easier. Parked my car, short walk to the terminal, as easy as that. I liked how there was vehicle registration recognition.

The registration recognition wasn't very smooth as I had to take a ticket to gain entry to the car park. On exit there was then a charge. However when I pressed the button for help the problem was resolved immediately.

I booked Long Stay parking at John Lennon Airport. There are no designated areas and I spent at least 10 minutes looking for a spot, which I found as far from the terminal as it could get.

The only complaint we have is that we drove around for ages looking for a parking lot 2 - it needs a new sign. I'll book you again when your sign is clear!

Number plate recognition did not work yet again. The description of the car park was very misleading: It said 'opposite the terminal'. We had to park on the furthest extremes of the car park, which was a long way to walk with heavy cases and golf clubs.
