Once again the avr didnt recognise our number plate, but no problem, as before just pressed the button & gave our booking ref for the barrier to be lifted. No problem whatsoever. Will book again in near future.

Entered just fine. However, machine did not recognise our ticket or registration and I needed help to exit the car park. This is our first time with you so I will treat it as a blip and will use you again.

Everything happened as clock work except for not realising how crowded the car park would be. It took over ten minutes to find a space. We didn't need to see or meet any staff.

Although we didn't see any staff about, everything went smoothly. The parking area is huge but we only had to walk a short distance to the terminal building. Would definitely recommend - many thanks.

The Hotel Pinomar: customer service is missing and hotel flooding meant water flooded under our door, soaking the cases. Hotel is basic and worthy of short stay 1/ or 2 nights only.

The booking details were not passed to the airport so I had to use the intercom to get out. I had to find my booking reference (on my i-phone Email) with a MASSIVE queue of traffic behind me before they would let me out :-(
