First time that I've used airport parking and everything was very straightforward. Pay in advance, drive in, walk to the terminal, get back and drive out. Cheaper than getting someone to take us there and pick us up. Ok you may get a bit wet when raining but if you want undercover just pay the extra!

The numberplate reader at the Liverpool John Lennon airport mis-reads my plate. It transcribes a 'B' to a '8', so I usually have to contact the carpark people to get out. Irritating on a windy, wet Liverpool October evening!

Yes the staff was helpful. The only thing is that at the exit from the car park in Liverpool, when I introduce the parking ticket into the exit barrier machine, the barrier didn't open and in the screen it said that they were charging me £ 60 odd pounds!!. The system didn't recognise my registration number, so when I rang for help they wanted to know my reference number, which it was fine, but I had it at the back inside the boot of the car, so I had to get out and frantically look for it. So in future best to have your reference number with you handy. Y just never thought I was going to need it as I had my parking ticket ready.
