The so called automated number plate reader didn't read my number plate & I had to take the extra time to stand and have my parking card validated manually! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me now!

Had problem finding entrance to multi storey car park at airport-no signposts. Appreciate that this is something that needs to rectified by John Lennon Airport rather than you,but maybe you could contact them
