The number plate recognition system at the Price Buster Airport in Liverpool never seems to be working. Always have to ask for assistance to exit car park. Luckily I am aware of this and always have a note of my booking reference to hand. Your price however was very good.

Very rarely can you exit the Long Stay Car park at Liverpool automatically. You have to buzz the man, dig out your reference number, which maybe at the bottom of your bag, at the bottom of your boot, with a line of traffic behind you, in the pouring rain to let him raise the barrier to let you out.

Airport parking - the updated vehicle details were not available at the airport automatic number plate recognition system when we parked, but were on the IT system when staff checked

We could not find a parking space when we got to Livrpool airport and neither could aprox' 5 other cars, and we drove round and round for over 30 mins, other than that the booking process was good & reasonable price.

The only thing that was odd was that we had purchased the fast track through security and it had a place to put your ticket - we had to find a member of staff to find out how we got through and they told us to just press through the barriers. Still had to wait a while to get through security but it was a little quicker than the normal route.

The number plate recognition system didn't recognise our registration but we know from past experience that you only have to go to the booth in the multistorey and the pre paid ticket will be sorted so that you can exit the car park.
