All went as plannned. There was a bit of a wait for the transfer bus on the homeward journey but considering it was 01:30 it was probably to be expected

Arriving at gatwick at 12:30 midnight we were extremely disappointed that there was a massive que for the bus to the car park. This has never happened before, although we do not do night flights until this one. Has put us off booking with you again.

As we live only half an hour from Gatwick we would hire a cab in future. Too much messing around getting to and from the massive long stay car parks. Walking, dragging large suitcases hundreds of yards, poorly lit, dark, cold and wet.

Our flight was delayed by 20 mins consequently it cost me £15 more on the parking. I was a bit miffed at this.

All went very smoothly and was so much easier than I expected. Flight home was delayed by over 4 hours, so I was expecting a problem, but there were none and I exited the car park without event. Thank yu.

I would not recommend to my elderly parents due to the lifting and unlifting of luggage involved on and off the bus. It would be easier for them to order a taxi even if it meant paying extra.

Not quite as smooth as usual when I went to exit car park the machine said I owed 125 pounds I contacted the assistant gave her my registration number and she lifted the barrier it was only a minor irritant

I try and book the same car-park when ever i travel but really get fed up with the lack of coaches you provide. You can rarely get on the first one that arrives when theres a queue. Its the only continued let down to an otherwise good service.

After being picked up it took 30 mins to get to our stop. It was chaos on the bus with people and bags being shuffled everywhere. At 1am it was too much to deal with. This is the first time and last time we will use this service.
