Generally very efficient but drop off at the car park on our return almost as long as one of your rivals in the "outside Gatwick" parking areas. Our return driver not very friendly!

My booking was made via your staff at a discounted rate due to problems on previous booking (hence you can I assume forgive me for thinking that everything would go smoothly..) On arrival at the exit barrier I was informed that I needed to pay 50 pounds extra..I then had to reverse (causing problems for the queue behind) and then go to the office, where there was a queue - I gave my ticket, and was then given an exit ticket without explanation or apology!!

You were good. I had trouble getting to you car park. It would be helpful if the car park, A,B or C could be printed on the ticket. Obviously most people don't have the trouble I had. Will be easier next time i'm sure.

Gatwick Long Stay parking is by far the most convenient parking at the airport - whichever terminal. You ALWAYS get the best price if you book through holiday extras.

The service on the outward journey was excellent. The return journey pick up was quick. Drop off's understandably took time. It would have been helpful for the driver to explain that passengers needed to press the bell before the stop they wanted. It might seem obvious but it did cause confusion.

Lost ticket on return from holiday, staff soon replaced this with another so we could quickly set of on our journey home. Would definitely recomend and use holiday extras again, so easy to use on getting to terminal and back .

After pulling up to the barrier and entering my ticket, I was asked for a £260 payment following a conversation with car park staff and showing proof on my phone that this was paid, they agreed to let me out of car park and said they would contact you re this matter
