Very helpful staff on arrival and departure, the barrier didn't read our pre booked registration but all went smoothly thanks to the helpful staff, would recommend!!

The car park had areas closed off and when you followed the arrows on the road, it would lead you to a closed off area which meant you had to reverse back to go down a suitable route.

Outbound part was fine. However the return at 22.00 on Tuesday evening was not. We waited 15-20 mins in a crowded bus at South Terminal. The bus then visited all car parks (with cramped and crowded conditions on the bus) before finally reaching our car in Car Park F.

Only problem I have its using your car parks is how much the costs vary. When I travelled in June the cost was exorbitant and I decided not to use you again. However, as I was travelling with two friends this time we as we would be sharing cost we would use you. Then I was surprised by cost in a leasing way. However, this has made conclude that you are copying the airlines and charging according to time of year. This does not impress me.

Everything was well planned and worked well until we went to leave. At the barrier we were asked for £200 as it did not recognise our booking. We buzzed for help and the problem was resolved in about 5 minutes so not a major problem but it would have been nice to have been let out like everyone else!

Really happy I could change reg number the night before, as my cheap car broke down the day before the travel. I think the p-spaces are very thight. I would appreciate if I could book wider spaces. (for bigger cars, or cars you are affraid to be scratched)

The facilities were excellent. Only problem we had was on return to Gatwick Airport when we had trouble finding the bus stop to take us to the car. There were no staff to ask at 1.00 pm on Sunday.

Usually I'm 100% satisfied, but we had a bit of a long wait for the transfer bus on Sunday at around 5.30/6pm. We couldnt get on the first bus, too full, then nearly got trampled in the rush to get on the second. Would have hoped that the first bus could have communicated the long queue back to base so that an extra bus could be laid on & there was less of a wait for us all.
