always use the airport car park, as I know the service is always going to be spot on and there is never a problem, the staff are always helpful should something arise :)

It is never straightforward to find a gap in which to park. Round and round we go, hoping. On our return the machine took my card and then asked for £80.00 ! Quickly resolved by parking staff member.

There was a bit of a delay on arrival as we had to wait for around 15 minutes or so, when the service in the bus shelter says every 10 minutes.

Automatic barrier didn't open so had to press button to get a ticket and thought we would get charged. Spoke over intercom and we were told it would be fine but pop into the kiosk on return. We did and all ok. Great staff!

The problem we had was that the barriers were not working on 24th October when we were trying to leave! Big hold up! Otherwise all good as expected.

There was a 20 min wait for the bus when we arrived with a long queue which was frustrating. Didn't get on first two buses, had to wait for a third. Need more buses when a number of flights arrive at same time!

Everything ran smoothly, there was enough room on the bus for luggage and passengers and the bus driver on the return to the car park was informative and gave regular announments about car parks and stops. I would highly recommend holiday extras to anyone they gave me piece of mind and cheap fares for parking for the week

Everything was fine except for getting the bus back to my car,the bus queue was really long and no bus arrived for 20 minutes and people were getting very cross,and when it did arrive people were pushing in front of others it wasn't good.

good as always. Perhaps get bus drivers to ask if anyone is in a particular zone reather than just drive through all zones with no one getting off.

Facilities were fine. Parking easy to get to. The buses back to car park are a little erratic and the location to queue not clear enough people are not queuing proper. No enclosure so at this time of year windy and very cold place to wait.

Had to wait a very long time for the bus to pick us up at the car park. Lots of people couldn't get on the first bus had to wait for the next one all in all this took approx 30 mins. Far too long a wait.

Really nice location, food not bad but spoilt by noise of disco level music blaring out all day and two evenings up to 11.30pm. I would stay again at this resort if I could guarantee a quiet room.

Everything fine except on exiting barrier ticket showed Money owing whereas we had pre paid. However this was sorted quickly by pressing the button and speaking to the office.

This is an excellent car park to use if you can get it at a reasonable price. It is very close to the to terminal so transit times are very quick and it is easy to access from the airport link road.
