All good but I needed an extra day during my holiday and you could not add it on as my parking had already started meaning I had to pay a lot more money. It would be a lot better if you could add extra days during your stay without being charged like a last minute pay on arrival

All great except we waited outside in wet weather conditions over 30m upon our return along with around 100 other people for any bus to arrive to take us back to the car park. A more frequently run service was expected if I'm honest.

All good. Some signs suggested zone A was full but ignored and found spot right next to bus stop! First bus very full so didn't stop but next OK. Return journey seemless.

On return to Gatwick South,found many people waiting for bus to long term car park.However there was no queing system at the stop which led to unpleasant jostling. Fix it!

If you have prebooked on line approach to the barrier is confusing. On one hand you are told to wait, for how long? for a ticket to be issued and there is a button blinking at you urging you to press for a ticket. therefore on return you are likely to cause amjor hold up if then asked to pay again. Most unsatisfactory.

All was ok apart from attempt to exit when for no apparent reason the ticket was rejected and we had to report to the office who validated the card immediately and we continued but this caused us a 10 minute delay and hold up of other cars. This is not the first time this has happened.

Everything was fine until I tried to exit the car park when the machine told me that I owed £185. I then had to park up and sort out with the guy's, who told me to re-insert the ticket and all then fine.

Arrival was perfect and I found a parking space very easily, however on the return trip to the parking place the bus took forever to reach my bus stop and it was apparent nearly all the people on the bus wanted that stop also.

The only snag was that, on arrival and having parked in the only zone that was open (F) the notice at the bus stop said that the zone was closed and we should go to another bus stop. Nasty moment! Fortunately there was an emergency telephone number on your paperwork and I was reassured that the message would change when the bus came - and it did! 2 families had already moved on, however.

We arrived, no problem, we parked, no problem, bus was at the nearest stop, got to the terminal, no problem. Coming back was very similar. Generally there was no problems. I'd use you again 😀
