Staff were very helpful as our flight was cancelled so we had to wait an extra day. I received a return call. The Car park did not charge us which was also good.

Finding the Long Stay Car park is very easy. Loads of spaces, plenty of lighting and the bus stops are near by. The buses are very frequent and the drivers are VERY helpful. It makes it so easy after a delayed flight to get in your car and go home.

I had hoped my exit would involve putting my ticket in and I'd be free to go, but despite being pre-paid I was asked for £240 and had to park up and go in the office. The lady was efficient and helpful and said you need to put the ticket in 20 seconds sfter arriving at the gate otherwise number plate recognition may not work....wish I'd known that in advance! After a 24 hour journey you don't need the hassle.

I will be booking parking at Gatwick fortnightly as I am on a long term work contract. I leave work early to get the flight and on arrival at the designated car park D found great difficulty in finding a parking space this was around 11.50 am. there were several cars and myself going around trying to find parking. Found this very stressfull as was worried about making the flight on time as there were delays on my drive up on the M25

Parking was perfect, very close to the terminal, the bus ride was with a blink of an eye to where we park, the wife and kids were so a maze, and happy, especially how our flight were delayed for 2 1/2 hours because of the fog so we thank you very much for giving us a parking space.:

The complimentary hot food was pathetically small e.g. A bacon roll consisted of A very small bread roll (not buttered) and 1 rasher of bacon. If I had bought another one to crave my hunger it would have cost me £4.00 ... Which I find disgusting that £4.00 would have bought me that! Everything else was more than satisfactory.

I got a bit of a shock when trying to leave as my card said I owed £125!!! Luckily, the receptionist was able to rectify the mistake. Perhaps, you need to ensure that your systems are communicating more accurately with the Long Stay car park at Gatwick South Terminal?

My only criticism would be that there were no lights on when we were dropped off in our parking zone at midnight and it was not only very dark but very foggy too. Made finding our car a bit tricky! Appreciate that it's not your fault but the car parks.

On return the bus seemed to take ages to get to our parking area F14 despite going near it a couple of times. Maybe one idea could be to announce at each stop the other stops that are within say, 100 metres, for those happy to walk a little but get off the bus quicker.
