Staff were helpful and were able to disperse people quickly by designating certain buses to certain parts of the carpark as lots of pushing and shoving by passengers.Helpful tip given to write carpark number and letter on ticket.

On arrival back at Gatwick late at night we had difficulty locating the car because the lighting was so poor we couldn't read the signs unless we were very close to them, which was irritating. Otherwise good.

Having pre booked, when we reached the barrier I had to press the button as a ticket was not automatically printed off from my registration number, then my registration was given verbally and not printed correctly, the first letter being missed off. There is a lack of signage to guide you to other car park areas and no staff on hand to assist. Upon our return, your written instructions off the web site told us to get the car park ticket validated at reception, where was reception, again no signage seen. Luckily a member of staff from the Valet parking at the airport informed us the ticket should work without the need to validate it which it did.

Buses should be every 10 minutes but several buses waiting (drivers chatting?) so that wait up to 29 minutes. Otherwise service good.

I arrived at 6am approx and there was a queue of cars waiting to get in. That was annoying because it then held me up for 10 mins. Perhaps you should have someone there at busy times to assist. It was however raining so maybe that was why. I parked and boarded the shuttle bus. There was no greeting from the bus driver. The floor was very wet and when the bus started my case started to roll away from me. I reached out to grab it and slipped and fell onto the floor. I actually hurt myself and could not get up. The other passengers had to help me as I was winded and of course shocked. I am fairly fit and nimble, but an older person might have broken a wrist or arm or even a leg. I pulled the tendons behind my knee in one leg, hence I was unable to help myself up that morning. I would suggest that you use mats in the buses on rainy days and tell the driver to proceed slowly when there are people standing!,

Not up to your usual standard this time - someone was sloppy when they typed my car registration number so although my paperwork was correct, the ticket printed at the airport was incorrect and gave me a problem at the ticket barrier. I did not enjoy being accused of owing £125 which was wrong anyway.

Directions to parking spaces were poor. The signs directed all cars to areas that were full so a whole bunch of us ended up following each other in circles.

Waited 30mins for bus. 2 came but were full. The drivers just said another one soon. Called the assistance and got same reply. Consequently late check in meant we had to sit 16 rows apart.

The buses run frequently and the time to the airport is short far better than alternative long stay partaking and no other uk airport has long stay parking so close and a short time to the terminal
