Bus route on return not very efficient as visits all zones. Organise more buses for less zones. Barriers on exit failed causing queues and delays

Generally very good and all the systems worked well. BUT it took me a long time to find a parking bay and when I did the bay was rather narrow and I had to park next to coupe with wide doors. Unfortunately I have slight mark on my car door but I can't be certain it wasn't there before I parked.

We had to change our original flight to Sharm El Sheikh and as a result travelled from the other terminal. I rang to change car parks but was told that's wasn't possible so we had to use the skytrain to get to the right terminal both ways !! Would have been much easier to change car parks.

The whole experience was good. I would like to thank Holiday Extras for not seeing the problems in Sharm El Sheikh as an opportunity to make money. I was two days late back and was not charged the £30 extra. I am sure some companies would have charged and told me to claim back on insurance. Thank you Holiday Extras.

Reasonable cost, easy to find and get to, fast and easy access to terminal - you couldn't ask for more in taking the hassle out of air travel. So much better than off-airport parking.

Coach driver on return was particularly good in asking if anyone wanted a particular stop. if no then he continued past saving time. Also a very cheerful voice.

Slight technical problem on exit, the camera had taken the last letter of the reg as a D when it is an O but it was sorted immediately. Will be happy to use again.

Staff were excellent and so helpful - I arrived back at the carpark late, having flew in from Sharm El-Sheik, via MANCHESTER (had to drive down to collect my car from LGW) and the staff were so kind, extended my ticket so at least I could exit without further hassle - Thank you so much - 07-08 Nov 2015

Always difficult trying to find a parking space, never easy. Waiting times for buses too long, then that causes over crowding on bus. We are being charged too much for this poor service.

By mistake, booked in the south terminal instead of the north terminal. The staff both on the phone and on site bent over backwards to help me and ensure even thought my paperwork was wrong (my mistake) I was parked in the correct car park and there would be no trouble validate my pre paid ticket.
